Air Conditioning Sales Specialist 

We have a unique position for an experienced air conditioning sales representative.
We are located in Grand Cayman in the Caribbean.
This company is owned by Betty Ann & Chuck Mobley.  Chuck is originally from Texas, came to Cayman in 1984 and never left!  Betty Ann is born and bred Caymanian. Polar Bear has been in business since 1988, 26 years!  Polar Bear is a family oriented and customer first company and we enjoy being the most sought after air conditioning company in Cayman for both customers AND for employees!

We are primarily a residential and light commercial company that specializes in high efficiency Lennox equipment. Most of our sales are 20+ SEER systems and we like to add all the bells and whistles.

We are seeking an experienced sales consultant with a proven track record of success.
Successful candidates will be able to present our products and educate our customers on the benefits of high efficiency equipment.

We have steady year round work as the air conditioning systems run all year.
We don't rely on telemarking, our office phone rings all day with opportunity based on reputation and referrals alone, which is not to say that we don't also do marketing, we do plenty of that as well.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC sales in the residential market.
Keen knowledge of high efficiency equipment and the benefits.
Proven sales track record 1M+ annually
Excellent customer service skills.
A valid drivers license and passport or ability to obtain a passport.

We offer a base salary + commission.
Steady in flow of good leads.
Our current sales staff make more than 100K per year and wages are tax-free.
We offer relocation allowances.
We have 11 paid holidays, 10 sick days and 10 paid vacation days per year.
We offer medical benefits from day 1 and pension plan after 9 months.
